Fluidized incinerator

PURPOSE: A fluidized incinerator is provided to smoothly discharge ash and incombustible impurities and improve combustion efficiency by using an air supply tube for supplying air to fluidized bodies. CONSTITUTION: In a fluidized incinerator having an air supply unit, the air supply unit includes an air supply tube(54), and at least one air injection nozzle(56). The air supply tube is buried in fluidized bodies(18) inside an incinerator case(34), and has an air injection port. The air injection nozzle is communicated with the air supply tube, buried in the fluidized bodies, and injects hot air into the fluidized bodies. 본 발명은 유동층 소각로에 관한 것이다. 이는 유동매체를 수용하며 외부로부터 소각할 폐기물을 받아들이는 소각로케이스와, 상기 유동매체내에 외부의 열풍을 분사함으로써 유동매체를 가열 및 유동시켜 유동매체가 폐기물을 소각토록 하는 공기공급수단을 갖는 유동층소각로에 있어서, 상기 공기공급수단은, 상기 소각로케이스의 내부에서 유동매체 내에 묻히며 그 양단은 소각로케이스 외부로 연장되고 적어도 일단부에는 외부의 열풍이 주입되는 공기주입구를 갖는 공기공급관과, 상기 공기공급관에 연통 설치되고 유동매체내에 묻히며 공기공급관내에 공급된 열풍을 유동매체로 분사하는 하나 이상의 공기분사노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 유동층소각로는, 유동매체내에 연소용 공기를 공급하기 위한 공기공급수단으로 공기공급관을 사용하므로 불연성 불순물이나 재(ash)의 배출이 원활하다. 따라서 불순물이 공기공급관에 설치되어 있는 노즐의 주위에 머무르지 않아 노즐의 동작에 방해되지 않으므로 그만큼 연소효율이 높으며, 특히 각 분사노즐의 공기분출류가 이웃하는 분사노즐의 공기분출류와 간섭하거나 대항하지 않도록 구성되어 연소가 활발하고 더 나아가 공기공급관내에 차단판을 설치하여 유동매체의 유동패턴을 원하는 대로 구현할 수 있다.
