Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Provided are an emulsion-type composition having a cooling property and a heat insulating property, a coating layer formed by the composition and a cooling structure containing the coating layer for improving confidence or stability. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion-type composition comprises an emulsion containing a silicone resin; a metal oxide; and optionally at least one kind of nitride selected from the group consisting of boron nitride, aluminum nitride, zirconium nitride, tin nitride, strontium nitride, titanium nitride and barium nitride. Preferably the metal oxide comprises kaolin, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, and/or at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, antimony oxide, germanium oxide, boron oxide, calcium oxide, barium oxide, strontium oxide, bismuth oxide, tin oxide and talc.
