CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating sheet(1) comprises a flexible heat absorbing layer(2) having a thermal conductivity; a flexible heat radiating film(3) formed on the surface of the heat absorbing layer, and which has infrared ray radiating effects; and an adhesive layer(4) formed on the rear surface of the heat absorbing layer, and made of a thermally conductive adhesive.
