Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An air shower device for a clean room and a method for the same are provided to minimize an amount of particles supplied to the clean room. CONSTITUTION: The air shower device for a clean room and a method for the same comprise an air exhaling region(16) positioned at a first region for dispersing the particles attached to the working uniforms of a worker by using air; and an air inhaling region(18) positioned at a second region for inhaling the particles as dispersed and releasing to the outside. The air exhaling region includes a number of spray nozzles(12,13) for spraying air, and the spray nozzles are placed in the side and upper part of the first region. 본 발명은 클린룸으로 공급되는 파티클(Particle)의 양을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 클린룸의 에어 샤워 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 클린룸의 에어 샤워 장치는 제 1영역에 위치되어 작업자의 작업복에 부착된 파티클을 에어를 이용하여 비산시키기 위한 에어 배출영역과, 제 2영역에 위치되어 비산된 파티클을 흡입하여 외부로 방출시키기 위한 에어 흡입영역을 구비한다.
