Apparatus for supplying solid material

PURPOSE: A device for feeding a solid material is provided to quantitatively feed a solid material with a small error by preparing a quantitative supply unit, to prevent cross-linking by preparing an agitator and a vibrating unit, and to improve the combustion efficiency of a combustion device by cooling heat. CONSTITUTION: A device for feeding a solid material comprises a first hopper(10), a second hopper(30), a conveyor belt(20) transferring a solid material(1) passing through the first hopper to the second hopper, an input tube(80) putting the solid material passing through the second hopper into a combustion device(100), and a quantitative supply unit(70) placed between the second hopper and the input tube and quantitatively supplying the solid material into the input tube. 본 발명에 따른 고형 물질 공급 장치는, 폐기물 고형화 연료(RDF)와 같은 고형 물질을 연소 장치에 정량 공급하기 위한 것으로서, 고형 물질이 유입되는 입구부가 상단에 마련되고, 상기 입구부의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖는 출구부가 하단에 마련되며, 상기 출구부를 개폐할 수 있도록 게이트 밸브가 구비되는 제1 호퍼; 상기 제1 호퍼를 통과한 고형 물질이 유입되는 입구부가 상단에 마련되고, 상기 입구부의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖는 출구부가 하단에 마련되며, 내부에 내재되는 고형 물질의 하중을 측정 검출하는 하중센서가 구비되는 제2 호퍼; 상기 제2 호퍼를 통과한 고형 물질을 일정량씩 공급하기 위한 정량공급수단; 상기 제2 호퍼를 통과한 고형 물질을 상기 연소 장치에 투입하기 위해 하향 경사지게 설치된 투입관; 및, 상기 하중센서에 의해 측정 검출된 상기 제2 호퍼 내부의 고형 물질의 하중값이 소정 기준치를 초과하는 것이 감지되면, 상기 제1 호퍼의 게이트 밸브를 폐쇄하도록 제어하는 제어부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
