Spiral Fan Assembly

PURPOSE: A spiral fan assembly is provided to reduce the size of a blowing fan system, in which the spiral fan assembly is installed, by allowing the spiral fan assembly to generate a great amount of wind having great wind pressure. CONSTITUTION: A spiral fan assembly includes a rotating shaft(11) rotatably coupled to a driving motor, a cylindrical hub(12) fixedly coupled to the rotating shaft(11), a plurality of blades(13) formed at an outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical hub(12) in a spiral pattern, and a fan housing(14) surrounding a rotational route of the blades(13). The fan housing(14) has a hollow cylindrical structure both ends of which are opened. A plurality of protrusions are formed at an inner portion of each blade(13) with a uniform interval. Two blades(13) are installed in the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical hub(12) at an 180degs interval. 본 발명은 나선형 송풍팬 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 공기를 축방향으로 유동시키고, 흡입량을 증대시켜 고풍량 및 고풍압을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, 구동모터에 결합하여 회전하는 회전축과; 상기 회전축에 고정된 기다란 원통형의 허브와; 상기 허브의 외주면에 허브의 일단에서부터 타단까지 축방향을 따라 나선형으로 비틀어지면서 형성된 블레이드 및; 공기가 흡입 및 배출되도록 양단이 개방된 중공의 원통형으로 이루어져 상기 블레이드의 외측을 둘러싸도록 설치되는 팬하우징을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 블레이드의 내측면에는 복수개의 돌기 또는 오목홈 또는 지그재그형의 요철부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 송풍팬 어셈블리를 제공한다.
