AN APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY INTERCHANGING THE SINTERING TRAILER OF A SINTERING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically replacing sintering car of sintering machine is provided to improve sintering productivity and prevent safety accident of workers and deterioration of blast furnace operatability by promptly and stably replacing defective sintering car without input of much manpower during manufacturing of sintered ore. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises a table means(20) installed perpendicularly to rails through cutout members of main frame in such a way that the table means is moved back and forth by moving means, wherein traveling rails are installed on the main frame so that moving wheels of the sintering car(130) are proceeded on the traveling rails; and a plurality of moving rails(40) arranged in such a manner that at least a pair of the moving rails form a moving path such as the traveling rails on a plurality of stands installed on the table means, wherein the apparatus further comprises a preliminary transfer car(60) rested on the moving rails so that the preliminary transfer car is replaced with a defective transfer car, wherein the table means comprises a plurality of moving wheels(24) moved along subsidiary rails(22) installed on the ground through the cutout members of main frame on which the traveling rails are installed; and a table body(26) comprising the moving wheels(24), and wherein the moving means for moving the table means comprises driving and driven sprockets, driving chain(34) and driving motor(36). 고로의 주 장입원료인 소결광을 제조하는 소결기에서 대차의 교체를 신속하면서 용이하게 이루어 지도록 한 소결기의 소결대차 자동 교체장치가 제공된다. 상기 소결기의 소결대차 자동 교체장치(1)는, 소결대차(130)의 이동휠(132)이 진행되는 주행레일(110)이 설치된 메인프레임(10)의 절개구(12)를 통하여 레일의 직각방향으로 이동수단(30)으로서 전후 이동토록 설치된 테이블수단(20); 및, 상기 테이블수단(20)상에 설치된 다수개의 스탠드(42)상에 적어도 한쌍은 상기 주행레일(110)과 같은 이동경로를 이루도록 배치되는 다수개의 이동레일(40):로서 구성되어 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 그레이트바(grate bar)사이의 통기공이 마모되면서 대차의 바닥에 깔리는 상부광이 에어 흡인설비측으로 낙하되는 등의 불량대차를 작업자의 수작업없이 신속하면서 안정적으로 교체하도록 하여 소결기의 가동율을 향상시키는 개선된 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
