Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A rear plate is provided to allow an electrode to be accurately positioned at the center between barrier ribs, while achieving improved characteristics of plasma display panel. CONSTITUTION: A rear plate(100) comprises a glass substrate(110); an electrode(120) formed on the glass substrate; a dielectric layer(130) formed on the electrode; barrier ribs(140) formed on the dielectric layer through an etching process; and a phosphor layer(150) including red, green, and blue phosphor layers formed along the side and bottom surfaces of barrier ribs. The electrode is produced from a mixture of conductive metal powder selected from Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Ni, and Cu and glass powder. The dielectric layer is produced from a material consisting of PbO 30 to 80 weight% : ZnO 0 to 20 weight% : SiO2 0 to 20 weight% : B2O3 5 to 40 weight%: Al2O3 0 to 12 weight%: Na2O+K2O+Li2O 0 to 5 weight%: BaO+CaO+MgO+SrO 0 to 5 weight%. The barrier rib is produced from a material consisting of ZnO 0 to 48 weight% : SiO2 0 to 21 weight%: B2O3 25 to 56 weight% : Al2O3 0 to 12 weight% : Na2O+K2O+Li2O 0 to 38 weight% : BaO+CaO+MgO+SrO 0 to 15 weight%. The red phosphor layer is produced from two or more materials selected from Y, Gd, B, and Eu, the green phosphor layer is produced from one or more materials selected from Zn, Si, Mn, Y, B, Tb, Ba, and Al, and the blue phosphor layer is produced from two or more materials selected from Ba, Mg, Al, Sr, Mn, and Eu.
플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 후면판이 개시된다. 상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 후면판은 소성된 격벽층을 식각하여 격벽을 형성하므로 완성된 격벽의 형상변경이 없다. 그러므로, 격벽과 격벽 사이의 중앙부에 전극이 정확하게 위치된다. 또한, 전면판과 후면판을 합착하여 PDP를 완성하였을 때, PDP의 백색휘도, 색온도 및 콘트라스트 등과 같은 광학적특성, 전압마진, 소비전력 및 효율 등과 같은 전기적특성이 향상된다. |
