Inhibitor of angiogenesis and kit for treating cancer comprising the inhibitor

PURPOSE: An angiogenesis inhibitor containing tetraacetylphytosphingosine(TAPS) used for treatment and prevention of diseases such as hemangioma, tumor, psoriasis or the like by effectively inhibiting angiogenesis is provided. It inhibits proliferation of cancer cells and cancer metastasis without causing adverse side effects to a living body. CONSTITUTION: The angiogenesis inhibitor contains tetraacetylphytosphingosine. A kit for treatment of cancer contains: the angiogenesis inhibitor containing tetraacetylphytosphingosine, an anticancer agent; and a radioactive radiation emitting device. The anticancer agent is sphingolipid derivatives selected from the group consisting of phytosphingosine, C6 phytoceramide, C8 phytosphingosine, dimethylsphingosine, dimethylphytosphingosine and sphingosine. 본 발명은 신생혈관생성 억제제 및 그를 포함한 암 치료용 키트에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 신생혈관생성 억제제는 테트라아세틸피토스핑고신을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 의한 암 치료용 키트는 테트라아세틸피토스핑고신 함유 신생혈관생성 억제제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 신생혈관생성 억제제 및 그를 포함한 암 치료용 키트를 이용하면 신생혈관생성을 효과적으로 억제함으로써 혈관종, 종양, 건선 등 신생혈관생성이 현저히 증가되는 질환을 치료 및 예방할 수 있으며, 또한 생체에 부작용을 발생시키지 않으면서도 암세포의 증식을 억제하며 암의 전이 또한 억제할 수 있다.
