Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A silver-ceramic nano composite material is provided in which nanometer sized metal phase silver particles are bonded onto the surface of micrometer sized ceramic particles, and a method for manufacturing the silver-ceramic nano composite material is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing silver-ceramic nano composite material comprises a step of preparing a ceramic suspension by dispersing ceramic powder into water; a step of preparing positive electrode and negative electrode in the ceramic suspension; a step of agitating the ceramic suspension to an agitation speed of 200 to 500 rpm in the temperature range of 30 to 100 deg.C; and a step of applying a voltage of 2 to 120 V to the electrodes, wherein the method further comprises a step of drying the filtered and washed suspension in the temperature range of 80 to 100 deg.C after filtering and washing the suspension after the step of applying voltage to the electrodes, wherein the ceramic powder is on powder selected from the group consisting of silica powder, alumina powder, titania powder and zeolite powder, wherein the ceramic suspension has pH of 8 to 10, wherein the positive electrode is a pure mercury, and wherein the negative electrode is a pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy in which aluminum is mixed with one or more of elements selected from the group consisting of Ag, Fe, Cu, Mg, Zn, Ni, Cr, V, Mn, Ti and Sn.
본 발명은 은-세라믹 나노복합재료의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 은-세라믹 나노복합재료에 관한 것으로서, 세라믹 분말을 물에 분산하여 세라믹 현탁액을 마련하는 단계, 상기 세라믹 현탁액에 양의 전극과 음의 전극을 마련하는 단계, 상기 세라믹 현탁액을 30 내지 100℃ 범위 온도에서 200 내지 500rpm의 속도로 교반하는 단계, 및 상기 전극에 전압을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해 높은 안정성과 높은 항균력을 지닌 은-세라믹 나노복합재료를 제조할 수 있다. |
