Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A structure for improving the performance of an exhaust brake system is provided to increase the performance of an exhaust brake by increasing the air quantity used for a compression stroke when an exhaust brake switch is turned on. CONSTITUTION: If a driver presses an exhaust brake switch, a solenoid valve is operated to supply the air compressed from a compression air tank to a cylinder actuator(1) and an exhaust actuator(2). The cylinder actuator and the exhaust actuator are driven by the compressed air for the close operation of a butterfly valve(3) and an exhaust valve(4), thereby interrupting an intake flow path of an intake manifold(6) and an exhaust flow path of an exhaust manifold(7). An eye joint(10) is installed by an eye bolt(20) to supply the compressed air to a wake side of the butterfly valve. 본 발명은 실린더가 존재하는 구조의 배기브레이크 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이같은 본 발명은, 흡기다기관에 아이 조인트(eye joint)를 아이 볼트(eye bolt)로 고정되게 설치하므로서, 운전자가 배기브레이크 스위치를 온 하였을 때 배기브레이크 액추에이터와 실린더 액추에이터는 물론 흡기다기관에 설치된 아이조인트를 통해 실린더밸브(butterfly valve)의 후류측에 압축공기를 공급하여 압축행정에 사용되는 공기량을 큰 폭으로 증대시켜 압축일은 물론, 배기브레이크의 성능을 증대(약 30% 정도)시킬수 있도록 하는 배기 브레이크 시스템의 성능 개선구조를 제공한다.
