Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A ceramic catalyst treating system is provided which produces catalytic oxidized water by catalyst unit using the ceramic catalyst that is a functional ceramic and efficiently performs improvement of water quality, sterilization, deodorization and purification of exhaust gas, and a method for using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic catalyst treating system is characterized in that sewage and wastewater are treated, and gas is deodorized and purified using catalytic oxidized water produced by catalysis generated by contacting ceramic catalyst contained in catalyst packed tower with chlorine contained aqueous solution supplied from a lower part of the catalyst packed tower, wherein the ceramic catalyst is one or more of ceramic catalysts selected from the group consisting of first particles obtained by sintering a mixture prepared by mixing ferritic stainless steel with at least magnetic substance and metal oxides of iron, molybdenum, cobalt, titanium, magnesium, aluminum, potassium, zirconium, silicon, tungsten and chromium; second particles obtained by sintering a mixture prepared by mixing ferritic stainless steel with at least magnetic substance and metal oxides of iron, manganese, cobalt, titanium, magnesium, aluminum, potassium, zirconium, silicon, calcium and germanium; and third particles obtained by sintering a mixture prepared by mixing at least metal oxides of aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, diatomaceous earth and barium titanate. 본 발명은 페라이트계에 적어도 자성체나 철, 망간, 코발트, 티타늄, 몰리브덴, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 마그네슘, 규소, 티탄산바륨, 규조토 등의 여러 종류의 금속산화물을 일정한 비율로 조합하여 소결시켜 제조한 세라믹 촉매를 촉매충전탑에 담고 하부로부터 염소(차아염소산나트륨, 차아염소산칼슘, 이산화염소, 염소가스 등)를 함유한 수용액을 촉매충전탑에 통과, 접촉시켜 촉매작용으로 생성된 촉매산화수를 상부로 나오게 하여, 각종 폐수에 혼합수로 이용함으로서 화학약품처리의 일부 또는 완전 대체하고 후단의 생물처리와 연계한 수질 개선, 살균, 탈취 및 배기와 접촉시켜 정화시키는 세라믹 촉매의 제조 및 그 이용 기술에 관한 것이다.
