Extraction and purification method of constituents from stem of Lonicera japonica Thunb. and the constituents of injection drug

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of extracting and purifying the effective active components from the aerial parts of Lonicera japonica which involves enhanced solubility and blood safety with excellent painkilling and anti-inflammatory effects. CONSTITUTION: The method of extracting and purifying the effective active components from the aerial parts of Lonicera japonica comprises the steps of: reflux-extracting the aerial parts of Lonicera japonica with water, and filtering it; adding the same amount of water-saturated short chain alcohol to isolate a layer; vacuum concentrating the alcohol layer to form a powder extract; purifying the extract with polyamide resin or polyvinylpyrrolidone resin; and purifying it with octadecylsilane. The short chain alcohol is butyl alcohol or propyl alcohol. The effective active components are sweroside and loganin. 본 발명은 인동등(인동잎을 제거한 인동줄기, 이하 인동등)으로부터 유효활성성분을 추출, 정제하는 방법 및 그 유효활성성분을 함유한 주사제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 인동등으로부터 불필요한 탄닌과 난용성 플라보노이드, 사포닌 등의 성분을 제거하여 주사제 원료로 사용시 약효가 우수하며 그 유효성, 안전성 및 안정성이 뛰어난 스웨로사이드(sweroside), 로가닌(loganin)과 같은 이리도이드(iridoid)계 물질을 주성분으로 함유한 유효활성성분을 추출, 정제하는 방법 및 그 유효활성성분을 함유한 소염, 진통 주사제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
