Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A microorganism Streptomyces sp. YU100 producing extracellular phospholipase D and the use thereof are provided. The extracellular phospholipase D has high phosphatidyl group exchanging activity, and is thus useful in industry and medical industry. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism Streptomyces sp. YU100(KCCM 10410) produces extracellular phospholipase D having high phosphatidyl group exchanging activity, wherein Streptomyces sp. YU100(KCCM 10410) is isolated from the Korean soil. A method for producing the extracellular phospholipase D comprises culturing Streptomyces sp. YU100(KCCM 10410) in a medium. The phosphatidate is produced from lecithin by using extracellular phospholipase D produced from Streptomyces sp. YU100(KCCM 10410). The functional phospholipid is produced from lecithin by using extracellular phospholipase D produced from Streptomyces sp. YU100(KCCM 10410), wherein the functional phospholipid is phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine or phosphatidyl glycerol. 본 발명은, 세포외 포스포리파제 D를 생산하는 스트렙토마이세스 속(sp.)에 속하는 신규한 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은, 세포외 포스포리파제 D (특히, 포스파티딜기 교환반응 활성이 높은 포스포리파제 D)의 생산력이 우수한 새로운 스트렙토마이세스 속 YU100 (sp. YU100) 균주 (KCCM 10410) 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
