Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided is a non-toxic lubricant oil composition for oilless bearings, which represents excellent lubrication performance at a low temperature, does not generate sludge at a high temperature and does not cause corrosion or rusting to metals. CONSTITUTION: The lubricant oil composition for oilless bearings comprises 100 wt% of a glycol ester, a polyol ester or a copolymer of ethylene glycol with propylene glycol having a molecular weight of 500-1500, 0.5-3.0 wt% of benzotriazole, 0.2-2.0 wt% of sodium benzoate, and 0.1-1.0 wt% of a self-emulsifying polydimethylsiloxane. The oilless bearing is a kind of sliding bearings used in a part at which the oiling or lubricating is difficult to access. 본 발명은 급유를 쉽게 할 수 없는 부위에 사용되어지는 미끄럼 베어링의 한 종류인 무급유 베어링(Oilless Bearing)용 윤활유 조성물에 관한 것이다. 냉동기, 기타 무급유 베어링이 사용되는 기계장치들에 있어서 베어링, 축 등이 베어링용 윤활유의 기능성 및 윤활성능 부족으로 부식 및 발청의 문제가 일어나는 것을 베어링용 윤활유의 기능성 및 윤활성능 개선으로 부식 및 발청이 없도록 하는 것이다.
