Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A dermatologics composition for the prevention and treatment of an acne is provided which contains extracts of Canavalia gladiata (Jacq.) DC., Thuja orientalis Linne, and Plagiorhegma dubium Maxim. The composition inhibits the activity of 5 alpha-reductase, has antibacterial effect on Propionibacterium acnes and antiinflammatory activity, inhibits the generation of comedone and removes stratum corneum. CONSTITUTION: A dermatologics composition for the prevention and treatment of an acne is characterized by containing 0.001-20.0 wt.% of the extract of 0.01-10 wt.% of Canavalia gladiata (Jacq.) DC., 0.01-10 wt.% of Thuja orientalis Linne, and 0.001-5 wt.% of Plagiorhegma dubium Maxim. 본 발명은 여드름 예방 및 치료용 피부외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 여드름의 증상을 나타내는 주된 원인균인 프로피오니박테리움 아크네()에 대한 항균작용, 5α-리덕타아제(5α-Reductase) 효소저해에 의한 피지과잉생성 억제, 면포형성 억제 및 각질박리작용, 항염작용을 나타내 여드름의 예방 및 치료에 효과가 있는 도두, 백자인, 황련 추출물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
