Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An electrochemical preparation method of formic acid using carbon dioxide is provided, thereby simultaneously carrying out reduction of carbon dioxide and conversion of carbon dioxide into useful organic matters. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical preparation method of formic acid using carbon dioxide comprises electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide using formic acid dehydrogenase or formic acid dehydrogenase-producing anaerobic bacteria and an electron carrier in which reversible oxidation/reduction is occurred at electric potential of -400 to -600 mV, wherein the concentration of the electron carrier is 5 to 15 mM; the anaerobic bacteria are selected from Clostridium thermoaceticum, Clostridium thermoorthotrophicum, Acetobacterium woodii, Acetogenium kivui, Clostridium aceticum, Clostridium ljungdahlii, Eubacterium limosum or a mixture thereof; the electron carrier is selected from methylviologen, N,N,-diethyl-4,4-bipyridyl, N,N-diisopropylyl-4,4-bipyridyl, 4,4-bipyridyl or a mixture thereof; the reduction temperature is 20 to 70 deg. C; and the reduction pH is 6.0 to 7.0.
본 발명은 이산화탄소를 이용한 포름산의 전기화학적 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 포름산 탈수소효소 또는 이러한 효소를 생산하는 혐기성 균체와, -400 ∼ -600 mV의 전위에서 가역적인 산화/환원 반응이 일어나는 고농도의 전자전달체를 함께 이용하여 전기화학적으로 이산화탄소의 환원에 의해 생성될수 있는 여러 유기산 중 포름산의 선택도를 크게 증가시켜 고수율로 포름산을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
