Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A light guide having reflecting and diffusing functions and a method of fabricating the light guide are provided to construct a back light unit without having a reflecting plate and a diffusion plate. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate has a fine diffusion pattern(1) and a fine dispersion pattern(2). The fine diffusion pattern is formed on the top face of the light guide plate, and the fine dispersion pattern is formed on the bottom face of the light guide plate. A reflecting layer(3) is formed on the bottom face of the light guide plate by vacuum evaporation.
