Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Provided is a method for printing a water-proofing textile or a seam sealing tape, which improves the ink absorption and adhesion and wearing feel, gives a clearly printed material and reduces the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for printing the surface of the water-proofing textile or seam sealing tape comprises: a step for surface treatment by high frequency discharge; a step for printing in the mode of a direct gravure print; and a curing step. The printer used in the method comprises a high frequency discharge treating device including an electrode bar(10) and a roller(20) disposed in parallel with the electrode bar(10), in which the device is mounted in the front of a processing roller. Further, the ink used in the method comprises a white pigment(TiO2), a colored organic pigment, a urethane resin, a vinyl resin, additives and a solvent.
