Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for making a hydraulic composition using a pollutant source such as an oyster shell and an industrial by-product such as a blast furnace slag is provided to reduce the production cost and energy and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a hydraulic composition is characterized in that a heat-treated and pulverized oyster shell is used as an alkaline stimulant (Ca(OH)2), or a pulverized oyster shell which is not heat-treated is used as a morphologically characteristic filler, and the oyster shell is mixed with a blast furnace slag to form a hydraulic matrix such as a light-weight concrete. 본 발명은 연안 해역의 양식산업 및 어획 부산물로 대량 발생하여 심각한 연안 환경의 오염원이 되고 있는 굴껍질과 조개껍질 그리고 공업 부산물로 발생하는 고로 슬래그를 사용하여 경량 콘크리트 즉, 수경성 경화체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 굴껍질을 열처리 및 분쇄 가공하여 알칼리 자극제와 충진재로서 고로 슬래그와 함께 혼합 조성하고 수경성 경화체를 조성시킴을 요지로 한다.
