Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sliding parts without using of extra filler material by directly heating thus welding green compact of hard metal to a base material formed of iron based alloy or heating thus welding a sintered body obtained by sintering the mixed powder of hard metal to the iron base alloy base material. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the processes of fabricating a sintered body by first heating hard metal powder obtained by mixing hard particles such as carbide, nitride and boride with a metal based binder powder in which elements for lowering liquid phase temperature are contained in nickel matrix at a sintering temperature; and putting the sintered body on a base material, and second heating the sintered body put on the base material so that the sintered body is welded to the base material, wherein the elements for lowering liquid phase temperature are silicon and boron, wherein 3 to 12 wt.% of silicon and 2 to 10 wt.% of boron are contained in the binder, wherein the first heat temperature is about 1,200 deg.C, and wherein the second heating temperature is 1,000 to 1,300 deg.C. |
