Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided are a matrix for degrading FOG (Fats, Oil and Grease) and reducing COD, the matrix being applicable to domestic wastewater, and a FOG trap using the same. CONSTITUTION: The matrix comprises a base made of ceramic, polyurethane or rice bran and pseudomonas D2D3 strains (KCTC 10056BP) immobilized on to the base. The FOG trap comprises three stage-treatment sections(1,2,3) which are defined by compartments(14,22) with a plurality of perforated holes, wherein a first stage of treatment section(1) has a wastewater inlet(13) at a side thereof, a barrier(12) connected to the inlet(13) and installed at the center thereof, a first matrix box(12) having the matrix therein, onto which pseudomonas D2D3 strains are immobilized and being installed above the surface of wastewater, and a diffuser(4) installed at the bottom thereof for blowing the wastewater upward, wherein a second stage of treatment section(2) has a diffuser(4) for blowing the wastewater upward and a second matrix box(21) having the bottom abutted to the surface of the wastewater and having the matrix therein, onto which the pseudomonas D2D3 strains are immobilized, and wherein a third stage of treatment section has a diffuser(4) for blowing the wastewater upward and a third matrix box with the pseudomonas D2D3 strains therein, completely dipped into the wastewater. 본 발명은 유지분해능이 우수한 슈도모나스속 D2D3 균주(KCTC 10056BP)를 고정화한 유지분해용 담체와 이 담체를 이용하는 유지폐수의 물리학적·생물학적 처리장치인 포그트랩(FOG trap)장치에 관한 것으로서, 높은 유지제거효율을 얻을 수 있어, 유지 함유 폐수의 배출로 인한 악취발생, 관 폐쇄, 하수처리장의 부하증가 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 환경산업상 매우 유용한 특징이 있는 발명이다.
