Manufacture method healthy assistance foodstuffs using the puffer egg

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing a health care product by using puffer eggs which is effectively used in preventing the thrombosis, and in treating various tumors and inflammation. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing a health care product comprises the steps of: taking eggs from live puffers, and cleaning the puffer eggs with water; arranging gingers on the bottom of a pot, and putting the puffer eggs on the gingers in a ratio of 1:2, and heating them at 100-200deg.C for 30-40 minutes; picking up the puffer eggs, and drying them for 20-30 hours; repeating the heating and the drying steps several times; boiling the puffer eggs for 30-60 minutes, and aseptic-processing them; drying them for 10-20 hours by solar heat; pulverizing the dried puffer eggs; and packaging the pulverized puffer eggs with capsules. 본 발명은 숙취해소, 피로회복, 위장 보호 및 각종 종양치료에 효과가 있는 건강보조식품 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 가열용기에 생강을 깔고 그 위에 복어 알을 넣고 가열과 건조를 6∼7회 반복하는 방법으로 독을 제거하는 공정과, 상기 독이 제거된 복어 알을 분말 또는 과립으로 분쇄하여 캡슐에 0.5g씩 포장하는 공정으로 제조한 것이다. 상기와 같이 제조된 본 발명의 건강보조식품은 환자 또는 건강한 사람이 1일 1∼2캡슐을 복용할 수 있도록 한다. 본 발명은 복어 알의 독을 제거하여 건강보조식품으로 복용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 각종 종양환자(간염, 간 종양, 간경변, 간암, 위암, 폐암, 대장암 등의 환자), 폐병환자, 기관지염환자의 손상된 기능 악화를 방지하는 동시에 정상적인 기능으로 회복시켜 줄 수 있도록 치료 효과와 항암, 항염기능에 효과를 갖도록 된 건강보조식품을 제공토록 한 것이다.
