Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A process for producing a new pyridine derivative is provided. The pyridine derivative can be effectively used in production of fluoroalkylpyridine-sulfonyl urea derivatives exhibiting excellent herbicidal activity as a herbicide intermediate. CONSTITUTION: A pyridine derivative of the formula(1) useful as an intermediate of fluoroalkylpyridine-sulfonyl urea derivatives of the formula(2) is obtained by reacting a compound of the formula(6) with a copper(II) salt of CuY'2 in the presence of a solvent to give a compound of the formula(1c), or reacting the compound of the formula(1c) with a compound(MF) in the presence of a solvent and optionally a phase transfer catalyst to give a compound of the formula(1b). In formula, R1 is H, cyano, C1-4 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C1-4 alkylcarbonyl, C1-4 alkoxymethyl, or -C(=S)OEt, 1-5 substituted benzyl substituted with a substituent selected from halogen, C1-4 alkyl and C1-4 alkoxy or non-substituted benzyl, or SQ in which Q is pyridine radicals; R2 is H or C1-4 alkyl; and Y exhibits halogen. 본 발명은 신규한 하기 화학식 (1)의 피리딘 유도체, 그의 제조방법, 및 우수한 제초활성을 나타내는 하기 화학식 (2)의 플루오로알킬피리딘-설포닐우레아 유도체의 중간체로서의 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기식에서 R, R, R및 Y는 명세서에 정의한 바와 같다.
