A wheel disc spining machine

PURPOSE: A wheel disc spinning machine for pressing forming middle and large sized wheel discs for automobile used in wheels of commercial vehicles such as bus or truck according to shape of metallic mold is provided. CONSTITUTION: The wheel disc spinning machine is characterized in that wheel discs are formed by left and right X-Y shafts of vertical and horizontal slides(4,5) using rolls(8) automatically controlled through CNC controller by hydraulic servo valve of hydraulic cylinder(6) in the state that main spindle(3) is rotated after putting a workpiece to be formed on metallic mold(1) and pressing the workpiece put on the metallic mold using clamp slide(2), wherein the CNC controller comprises four-axis control unit, servo valve control axis, spindle control axis and feedback unit, control system comprises operating panel for process control such as control, monitoring and operation of plant, monitor for displaying the process control and integrated operating room for operating the process control, and hydraulic system comprises hydraulic power supply, service manifold, electronic, accumulator, and hydraulic servo valve so that position and speed of four axes are simultaneously controlled. 본 발명은 버스나 트럭 등 상용차의 휠에 사용되는 중, 대형 차량용 휠디스크를 금형 형상에 따라 압착성형을 수행하는 스피닝 성형기에 관한 것이다. 휠디스크 스피닝 성형기는 크로스 헤드(cross head), 베드(bed), 컬럼(colunm)의 몸체와, 금형이 얹혀져 회전하는 메인 스핀들(main spindle)과 성형소재를 압착하는 클램프 슬라이드(clamp slide), 좌우 x-y축이 유압 서보 밸브(servo valve)에 의해 구동되는 호리존틀 앤 버티칼 슬라이드(Horizontal & Vertical slide) 및 CNC자동제어장치와 유압시스템으로 구성된다.
