AIR CONDITIONER RECOVERY RECYCLE RECHARGE EVAC TANK REFILL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically replacing refrigerating oil of a refrigerant gas recovering and regenerating system of an air conditioner for an automobile is provided to supply accurate amount of fresh refrigerating oil as much as amount of recovered waste refrigerating oil. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a fresh oil supply tube(107) fixed on a bracket(102) and connected with a second connecting tube of a recovering and regenerating system by a connecting tube(114); a waste oil recovery tube(109) joined to the bracket, and connected with a recovery tube(115) of a filter(10) of the recovering and regenerating system to collect waste refrigerating oil filtered off by the filter; a plurality of lids(103) joined to the bracket together with the fresh oil supply tube and the waste oil recovery tube; a fresh oil barrel(104) joined to the lid by screw to supply fresh refrigerating oil to the fresh oil supply tube; a waste oil barrel(106) joined to the lid by screw to collect waste refrigerating oil recovered through the waste oil recovery tube; and an electronic scale(101) fixing a lower side of the bracket, and having a recovery tank(19) mounted thereon to weigh fresh oil in the fresh oil barrel and waste refrigerating oil collected to the waste oil barrel. 본발명은 자동차용 에어콘의 냉매가스 회수 재생기에 관한 것으로 특히, 회수재생기의 제2연결관과 연결관으로 연결되는 신유공급관 및 여과필터의 회수관과 연결되어 있는 폐유회수관을 구비하고 상기 신유공급관 및 폐유회수관에는 신 냉동오일을 공급하는 신유통 및 회수되는 폐 냉동오일을 수거하기 위한 폐유통을 결합시킨뒤 이들을 결합하고 있는 브라켓을 전자저울에 고정시킴으로서 회수재생기의 여과필터에서 여과된 폐 냉동오일을 수거한 다음 폐유통으로 회수된 폐오일의 양을 전자저울에 의해 측정한뒤 신유통의 신 냉동오일을 회수된 폐오일의 양 만큼 자동차의 에어콘 라인으로 자동 공급시킬 수 있도록 하여 정확한 양으로 냉동오일을 교환할 수 있고 상기 신 냉동오일의 공급과 동시에 브라켓으로 결합되는 형광액통의 형광액도 자동차의 에어콘 라인으로 공급하여 자동차 에어콘 라인상의 누유 상황을 첵크할 수 있도록 된 자동차의 에어콘의 냉매 회수 재생기의 냉동오일 자동 교환장치를 제공한다.
