AIR CONDITIONER RECOVERY RECYCLE RECHARGE EVAC TANK REFILL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus for recovering and regenerating refrigerant gas of an air conditioner for an automobile is provided to rapidly and smoothly recover refrigerant gas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a first partition(111) joining a primary supply tube(101) connected with a high pressure tube and a lower pressure tube of an automobile, a primary discharge tube(102) connected with a compressor(103), a secondary supply tube(106) and a secondary discharge tube(108) connected with a heat exchange tube(107), and a waste oil discharge tube(134); a cooling chamber casing(112) joined to a lower side of the first partition to form a cooling chamber(113); a second partition(114) joined to a lower side of the cooling chamber casing to seal up the lower side of the cooling chamber casing; a filtering chamber casing(115) joined to a lower side of the second partition to form an oil filtering chamber(116) on the lower side of the second partition; a third partition(117) joined to a lower side of the filtering chamber casing to seal up the lower side of the filtering chamber casing; and a plurality of bolts(132) penetrating peripheries of the first partition, the second partition and the third partition, and fixed by nuts to tighten the first partition, the second partition and the third partition so as to fix the cooling chamber casing and the filtering chamber casing. 본발명은 자동차용 에어콘의 냉매가스 회수 재생장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 다수개의 격판들 사이에 다수개의 케이싱들을 결합하여 제1격판과 제2격판 사이의 냉각실 케이싱 내부에는 냉각실을 형성하고 제2격판과 제3격판 사이의 여과실 케이싱 내부에는 콤프레셔 오일 여과실을 형성하며 제3격판과 제4격판 사이의 수거실 케이싱 내부에는 콤프레셔 오일 수거실을 형성함으로서 집약된 구조에 의해 신속하고 원활한 냉매가스의 회수가 가능하고 제품내의 공간 활용도를 높일 수 있는 동시에 보수의 간편성을 얻을 수 있도록 된 자동차용 에어콘의 냉매가스 회수 재생장치를 제공한다.
