The public personal computer system drive and control method

PURPOSE: A method for operating and controlling a public PC system is provided to enable a user to use a PC during a short time using a coin or a card in a public place such as a department store and a park and using the PC which transmits an advertisement when any user does not use the PC. CONSTITUTION: When a secure recovery program is operated, a keyboard and a mouse are controlled not to use a public PC(210). After operating the secure recovery program, a coin program is operated(S211). The coin program is loaded(S212). It is checked whether new command exists by a communication through a server and an Internet network by referring to a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of an authenticated advertisement stored in a database. An advertisement command being applied in the server is executed and an advertisement is displayed on a monitor(S213). On condition that the advertisement is displayed through the monitor of a public PC, it is checked whether a coin is inserted continuously(214). If a coin is inserted, a control of a keyboard and a mouse is released and a moving picture of a corresponding local area and an HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) advertisement are displayed through a web display window(216). If a time capable of using the public PC is left, guidance is executed to a user by an alarm before about thirty-second(217). It is judged whether a coin is inserted by the user for using the public PC continuously(218). 본 발명은 대합실, 버스 승강장, 공원 및 백화점 등과 같이 공공의 장소에서 인터넷, 문서정리 및 그 외의 워드작업을 손쉽게 행할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 공중피씨를 이용하여 광고방송이 가능하도록 하는 공중피씨 시스템 구동 및 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 인터넷 망을 통해 사람들이 많이 모이는 곳에 피씨를 설치하여 이를 원격으로 관리 및 제어하여 발생될 수 있는 공중피씨의 에러, 소비자의 불만, 공중피씨로부터 발생되는 수익금을 등을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 하며, 공중피씨를 원격으로 많은 공중피씨를 관리/제어 및 설치자의 시스템 운영능력/ 효율성을 극대화함으로 실시간으로 발생되는 문제점 및 불만을 바로 해소 할 수 있는 효과를 가져온다.
