A method for preparation of oral microcapsule and oral composition containing the microcapsule powder prepared by the same

PURPOSE: A method for producing an oral microcapsule by dispersing plant extracts having effects of preventing and treating oral disease in a water insoluble solvent and then spraying the obtained emulsion solution while cooling is provided. The effective component of the composition has enhanced stability and is slowly released and the composition, therefore, has excellent effects of preventing periodontal disease and dental cavity and inhibiting bad breath. CONSTITUTION: Rosin salt as an effective component for oral is dispersed in a water insoluble solvent in emulsion form in a weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 30 to produce an emulsion solution. Then, the emulsion solution is sprayed, cooled and then dried to produce a spherical oral microcapsule. The oral composition contains 0.05 to 5% by weight of the oral capsule, based on the total weight of the oral composition. The rosin salt is obtained by blending a pine needle extract and salt in a weight ratio of 1:0.1 to 10. 본 발명은 구강용 마이크로 캡슐의 제조방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조된 마이크로 캡슐을 함유하는 구강용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구강질환의 예방 및 치료효과가 있는 식물 추출물 및 화합물을 왁스 및 오일과 같은 수불용성 용매에 에멀젼 형태로 분산시켜 제조한 에멀젼 용액을 분무 건조기(spray drier)를 이용하여 분무와 동시에 냉각시킴으로써 구형태의 구강용 마이크로 캡슐을 제조하고 이를 구강용 조성물에 첨가함으로써 구강질환의 예방 및 치료효과가 뛰어나고 구강용 유효성분의 안정성이 향상된 구강용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
