Fabrication of hollow spheres and tubes of ironIII oxide

PURPOSE: A hollow sphere and tube manufactured using iron(III) oxide is provided which is used as catalyst for treating carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide and applied to fabrication of electronic circuit, and a manufacturing method of the hollow sphere and tube manufactured using iron(III) oxide is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of hollow sphere and tube manufactured using iron(III) oxide comprises the steps of dissolving iron(III) acetoacetate into a biphilicity solvent; applying the dissolved solution to water having pH of 9 to 12 in which spherical and fiber type templates are dispersed so that an iron oxide film is formed on the surface of the templates; aging the mixture at the temperature range of 0 to 200 deg.C for 10 minutes to 24 hours; drying the washed mixture after washing the surface of the aged mixture; and removing the templates by burning the templates at temperature of about 600 deg.C, or decomposing the templates using acid or base according to nature of the templates so that the hollow sphere is obtained in case of spherical template, and tube is obtained in case of fiber type template, wherein the ion(III) oxide is reduced to iron by being reacted with carbon monoxide, hydrogen and incompletely oxidized nitrogen in any step, wherein the spherical template includes toluene, benzene, polystyrene dissolved toluene and benzene, hexane, mineral oil and paraffin oil, and surfactant such as TWEEN and cetyl ammonium bromide is additionally added to the spherical template, and wherein the fiber type template includes hair of animal, silk thread, cotton yarn, PET yarn and polylactate yarn. 본 발명은 산화철 (Fe2O3)로 된 속이 빈 구(전공구) 및 튜브와 그를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
