Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided herein is a dental composition comprising calcium lactate as a calcium source, sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous as a phosphorous source and EDTA-4Na for stabilization of the same within a formulation. Therefore, the composition can effectively recalcify the decalcification of enamel caused by dental caries generated within the teeth and further prevents teeth caries in advance. CONSTITUTION: A dental composition comprises 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of calcium lactate as a calcium source, 0.05 to 15.0% by weight of sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous as a phosphorous source and 0.001 to 2.0% by weight of EDTA-4Na as a stabilizer for two materials. The dental composition is characterized in that it is maintained at pH value of 5.5, but could be increased to a pH of 5.5 or more by being mixed with the saliva in the mouth with a pH value of 7.0 when applied to the mouth. 본 발명은 구강에서 발생하는 질병 중 하나인 치아우식(충치)에 의해 생성되는 병변의 재광화를 위해 치아의 구성성분인 하이드록시 아파타이트를 인공적으로 형성하도록 하기 위하여 칼슘 락테이트를 칼슘 공급원으로, 무수인산이수소나트륨을 인 공급원으로 사용하고, 이들의 제형내 안정화를 위하여 EDTA-4Na를 첨가하여 제조한 구강용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 구강용 조성물은 구강에서 발생하는 치아우식에 의한 법랑질의 탈회를 효과적으로 재석회화할 수 있으며 나아가 치아우식을 미리 예방할 수 있다.
