Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A white fluorescent substance is provided, which can exhibit white color by single phase, is environmental-friendly, is free from discoloration and has an excellent emission luminance. CONSTITUTION: The white fluorescent substance comprises an oxide body represented by ABO3; and 0.2-5.0 mol% of a rare earth element as an activator, wherein A is an alkaline-earth metal, and B is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Sn, Si and Ti. Preferably the alkaline-earth metal is selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba; the rare earth element is selected from the group consisting of Ce, Eu, Tb, Er, Gd, Pr and Dy. Preferably the white fluorescent substance is selected from the group consisting of MgSnO3:Pr, MgSiO3:Pr, MgTiO3:Pr, CaSnO3:Pr, CaSiO3:Pr, CaTiO3:Pr, SrSnO3:Pr, SrSiO3:Pr, SrTiO3:Pr and BaSiO3:Pr. 본 발명은 백색 형광체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 ABO로 나타내어지는 산화물 모체(여기서, A는 알카리 토금속이고, B는 주석(Sn), 규소(Si) 및 티타늄(Ti)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이다); 및 부활제인 희토류 원소를 포함하는 백색 형광체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 백색 형광체는 단일상으로 백색을 구현할 수 있고, 환경친화적이고, 변색될 우려가 없고, 발광 휘도가 우수하다.
