| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A tension mask type cathode ray tube is provided to achieve improved color purity and convergence by ensuring an accurate electron beam path. CONSTITUTION: A tension mask type cathode ray tube comprises a vacuum tube(18) including a panel(12) with a phosphor screen(20), a funnel(14) coupled with the panel and a neck portion(16) connected to the funnel; an electron gun(24) mounted on the neck portion; a tension mask(26) for discriminating colors of electron beams emitted from the electron gun; a mask frame(28) for supporting the tension mask; a deflection yoke(22) for deflecting the electron beam emitted from the electron gun; and an inner shield(30) mounted in the vacuum tube and which shields an earth magnetic field. The inner shield has a characteristic value(Br/Hc) which is 1.0 to 2.0 times larger than a characteristic value(Br/Hc) of the mask frame, wherein Br is a remanent magnetic flux density and Hc is a coercive force.
본 발명의 인장 마스크 방식 음극선관은, 진공 튜브의 내측에 설치되어 지자계를 차폐하는 인너 실드를 포함하며, 상기 인너 실드의 특성치(Br/Hc)가 마스크 프레임의 특성치(Br/Hc)의 1.0∼2.0배를 만족한다. 여기에서, Br은 잔류자속밀도(kG)이며, Hc는 보자력(Oe)이다. 상기한 구성의 인너 실드를 갖는 음극선관은 보다 정확한 전자빔 경로를 보장하여 퓨리티 특성과 컨버젼스 특성을 향상시키고 정확한 라스터를 구현하는 등, 화면 품질을 향상시키는 장점을 갖는다. |
