Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A fiber softener composition containing liquid functional micro-capsules is characterized by relaxing ionic bonding between the micro-capsules and the softener and preventing cohesion and coagulation. CONSTITUTION: The fiber softener composition is obtained by the steps of: using gelatine-gluta aldehyde condensate as an outer material of the functional micro-capsule; acidifying the liquid micro-capsules to turn into cation; and then adding 0.5-10.0wt.% of the functional micro-capsules to the fiber softener. The functional micro-capsules contain various perfumes, vitamins, antibacterial agents, medicine and chitosan. 본 발명은 각종의 기능성 마이크로 캡슐을 포함하는 섬유유연제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 기능성 마이크로캡슐의 외벽 물질로 젤라틴-글루타 알데히드 축합물을 사용하여 얻어진 액상의 물질의 pH를 산성으로 조절함으로써 양이온 상태로 변화시킨 다음, 이를 섬유 유연제에 0.5~10.0중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 의하여 액상의 상태로 기능성 마이크로 캡슐을 섬유 유연제에 첨가할 수 있게 되었으며, 이 경우 마이크로 캡슐과 유연제의 이온 결합을 크게 완화되어 응집 또는 엉김현상이 방지되는 효과를 발휘한다.
