Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for processing an orifice hole for a gas absorption-type cooling and heating machine is provided to expand the diameter of the orifice hole to a desired dimension and improve the inner hardness of the hole by forcibly inserting and passing a steel ball through the orifice hole which is pre-processed by a high-speed drilling and to manufacture high-accuracy and smooth-surfaced orifice holes. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing an orifice hole for a gas absorption-type cooling and heating machine is composed of steps of forming a hole(31) of which a predetermined diameter(D') is smaller than a desired diameter(D) by a high-speed drilling in a longitudinal direction of an orifice(30), forcibly inserting a steel ball(33), which has a high surface-accuracy and is an identical dimension with the desired diameter, into the hole, and passing the steel ball through the hole and expanding the diameter of the hole into the desired diameter by making the steel ball pressurize an inside(32) of the hole.
본 발명은 가스 흡수식 냉난방기용 오리피스의 구멍을 가공하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 고속 드릴링에 의해 오리피스(30)의 길이방향으로 요구 직경(D)보다 작은 소정 직경(D')의 구멍(31)을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 구멍(31)에 표면정밀도가 높고 요구 직경(D)과 동일한 치수의 강구(33)를 압입하는 단계와; 상기 구멍(31)에 강구(33)를 통과시키며 상기 강구(33)가 구멍 내면(32)을 가압하도록 하여 요구 직경(D)으로 확장시키는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하여 더욱 용이하게 정밀도와 표면경도가 높은 오리피스 구멍을 가공할 수 있게 된다. |
