Apparatus for shielding used in air filter shift of clean room

PURPOSE: A shield device for exchanging an air filter of a clean room is provided to prevent the contamination due to particles in an exchanging process of an air filter by driving the first and the second plates to close an inner spacer of a filter frame. CONSTITUTION: A shield device includes a main body(204), a driving gear(206), the first plate(208), and the second plate(210). The main body is inserted into a filter frame(202) to approach the first sidewall(202a) and the second sidewall(202b) of the filter frame. The driving gear is installed at one side of the main body. The first plate includes the first rack gear(212) and approaches the third sidewall(202c) of the filter frame by the driving gear. The second plate includes the second rack gear(214) and approaches the fourth sidewall(202d) by the driving gear. 반도체 장치 제조 공정이 수행되는 청정실에 설치되는 공기 필터를 교체하는 도중에 상기 청정실 외부로부터 내부로 파티클이 유입되지 않도록 하는 차폐 장치가 개시되어 있다. 상기 장치는 구동기어를 구비하는 본체와 상기 구동기어에 치차결합되는 랙기어를 구비하는 제1, 제2플레이트를 포함한다. 상기 장치를 공기 필터가 내장되는 필터 프레임에 삽입한 후 상기 구동기어를 회전시켜 상기 제1, 제2플레이트를 필터 프레임의 내측벽에 밀착시킨다. 따라서, 상기와 같이 장착된 차폐 장치는 공기 필터에서 여과된 공기를 제공하는 필터 프레임의 내부 공간을 밀폐시킴으로서, 공기 필터를 교체하는 도중에 청정실 외부의 파티클이 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지한다.
