The thermosetting wooden board and its processing method

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of thermosetting wooden board is characterized by not using a continuously pressure laminates(CPL) method, manufacturing plate papered floor and pressing plate pattern paper and plate kraft paper with a multi opening press. The manufacturing method is capable of matching colors of the kraft paper and the pattern paper, simplifying a manufacturing process and improving adhesion. CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting wooden board is comprised of: the pattern paper(1) infiltrated into a melamine resin and dried; the kraft paper(2) infiltrated into a phenol resin and dried; and an adhered material(3). The thermosetting wooden board is obtained by the steps of: preparing the melamine resin infiltrated pattern paper(1); infiltrating the same pattern paper as the pattern paper(1) into the phenol resin to produce the phenol resin infiltrated pattern paper(2) as a core material; laminating the pattern paper(1) and the core material(2); and then pressing the materials with the multi opening press(4). 본 발명은 코어재와 모양지의 색상을 일치시키기 위하여 코어재로서 모양지와 동일 재질인 무늬지를 크라프트지 대신 사용하되 이를 페놀수지에 함침 건조시켜사용하는 열경화성 수지 화장판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 멜라민 수지 함침지(1)등을 판상(板狀)의 상태로 적층한다음 멀티 오프닝 프레스(4)로 압축 제조하는 방식을 이용하고 있으며, 코어재로서는 페놀수지를 함침시킨 무늬지를 사용하고 있으므로, CPL 공법을 이용하지 않더라도 코어재와 모양지의 색상이 일치되어진 양질의 수지화장판을 제조할 수 있으며, 수지화장판을 MDF 등에 접합할 시에 따로 재단하거나 펴지않아도 됨으로써 제조공정을 단순화하고 피접착재와의 접합성도 개선하였으며, 수지화장판의 두께가 너무 얇지 않도록 제조 가능하므로 접합면에 대한 표면처리작업이 용이하게 된다.
