Apparatus for enlargement of sealing and cooling efficiency of sintered ore cooler

PURPOSE: An apparatus for increasing sealing and cooling efficiency of sinter cooler is provided to reinforce sealing force of the sinter cooler and increase cooling efficiency of sinter ore in the process of cooling the charged sinter ore after charging sinter ore manufactured in sinter pallet car into cooler transfer car. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus in which sinter ore charged into cooler transfer car(1) is cooled by cooling fan(2) and air duct(3) installed at the lower part of the cooler transfer car, the apparatus for increasing sealing and cooling efficiency of sinter cooler comprises a self load seal part which is installed on the upper part of the air duct, and a seal which is get bent downward according to filling of water; bellows pipes(50) a plurality of which are connected to each other along a length direction of the water tube on the outer surface of a water tube of the self load seal part; a water spray nozzle(60) connected to the bellows pipes(50); and a control valve for controlling the supply amount of water through pressure sensor connected to the water tube, wherein the self load seal part comprises self load seal(10), first sealing plate(30), a plurality of second sealing plates(20) and pipe shaped water tube(40). 본 발명은 소결기에서 제조된 소결광을 냉각기 대차에 장입하여 냉각하는 과정에서 실링력 강화와 함께 소결광의 냉각 효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 소결광 냉각기의 실링 및 냉각 효율 증대장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 냉각기 대차에 장입된 소결광이 상기 냉각기 대차의 하부에 설치된 냉각팬 및 에어덕트에 냉각되는 장치에 있어서, 상기 에어덕트의 상부에 설치되고 물의 충진에 따라 실(seal)이 하부 방향으로 휘어지는 자중식 실부; 상기 자중식 실부의 물 튜브 외면에서 길이 방향을 따라 다수개 연결된 벨로우즈 배관; 상기 벨로우즈 배관에 연결된 물 분사노즐; 상기 물 튜브에 연결된 압력센서를 통해 물의 공급량을 조절하는 콘트롤 밸브; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
