Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A structure for lubricating a shaft supporting bearing of a swash plate compressor is provided to flowability of oil to a roller bearing. CONSTITUTION: Oil supply channels(38,48) are concavely formed on ends of a front cylinder(30) and a rear cylinder(40) on sides of expanding pipe parts(36a) to connect the expanding pipe parts with refrigerant channels(34,44), respectively. Stopper rings(64) are inserted to the expanding pipe parts of driving shaft insertion holes(36) following roller bearings(62), and have notch parts(64a) formed on one ends thereof to prevent free movement of the roller bearings, respectively. Oil flowing gaps(G) are formed between inner circumferential surfaces of the stopper rings and a periphery of a driving shaft(60) to connect the roller bearings with the oil supply channels, respectively. Slits are formed by extending the notch parts to the roller bearings to connect the oil supply channels and the roller bearings, respectively. The stopper rings and an outer race of the roller bearings are formed integrally with each other. Oil supplied through the refrigerant channels and the oil supply channels is supplied to the roller bearings through the slits and the oil flowing gaps to be smoother than through the notch parts. 본 발명은 사판식 압축기의 축 지지베어링 윤활구조에 관한 것으로서, 간단한 구조로 압축기 구동축을 지지하는 베어링쪽으로의 오일 유동성을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 윤활구조에 따르면, 전/후방실린더(30,40)의 구동축삽입공(36,46_중 확관부(36a,46a)에 압축기 구동축(60)을 지지하도록 설치되는 롤러베어링(62)에 오일을 원활하게 공급하도록 하기 위하여, 상기 각 확관부측 단부에 확관부와 전/후방실린더의 냉매유로들(34,44)들을 서로 통하게 하는 오일공급유로(38,48)가 각각 요입형성된다. 또한, 각 확관부에는, 오일공급유로들과 롤러베어링들쪽을 통하게 하는 노치부(64a)가 일단부에 형성된 스토퍼링(64)이 각 롤러베어링에 이어 롤러베어링의 유동을 방지하도록 각각 삽입된다. 상기 각 스토퍼링의 내주면과 구동축의 외주면과의 사이에는 각 롤러베어링과 각 오일공급유로를 서로 통하게 하는 갭(G)이 형성된다.
