Apparatus for strip position adjustment in continuous annealing line

PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting position of strip in continuous annealing process is provided to adjust position and tension of the strip in the best working conditions so as to prevent hunting in which the strip position is separated according to tension change of the strip due to heating temperature deviation inside annealing furnace. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for adjusting strip(1) proceeded from looper to the side of preheating furnace of continuous annealing process through tension control roll(30) so that the strip(1) accurately passes through the central position of the preheating furnace, the apparatus is characterized in that a position sensor(41) and a reflection mirror(42) are fixed to a fixing pillar(40) in upper and lower parts of a proceeding strip(1) in front of dancer roll, the dancer roll is fixed to one end of a frame(52) through a bearing block(51), and vertically movable cylinders(53) are mounted on the central lower part of both sides of the frame(52) so that the position sensor(41) and the reflection mirror(42) measure position of the strip(1), and the both side cylinders(53) adjust the strip(1) to its regular position by slightly vertically moving both sides of the frame(52) on which the dancer roll(50) is mounted, a pair of measuring instruments(90) are installed at left and right sides of the strip(1) passing the dancer roll(50), and a motor(61), a gear box(63) and a worm gear(65) are integrally mounted on the other end of the dancer roll(50) mounted frame(52) so that hunting amount of the strip(1) measured at the measuring instruments(90) is analyzed in controller connected to the measuring instruments(90), and the motor(61), gear box(63) and worm gear(65) are operated accordingly to prevent strip hunting by vertically moving the other end of the frame(52), thereby vertically moving the dancer roll(50). 본 발명은 냉연 연속소둔공정에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 소둔로내부에서 가열온도편차에 의한 스트립 장력변동에 따라, 스트립 위치가 이탈되어지는 스트립 헌팅의 발생을 방지하기 위하여, 스트립 위치 및 장력을 최상의 작업조건으로 조정하는 스트립 위치조정장치에 관한 것이다.
