Roll Force Measurement System of Soft Reduction Machine

PURPOSE: A roll load measuring apparatus used in casting equipment is provided to settle a proper rolling condition and to achieve a superior slab quality by precisely measuring a roll load on-line. CONSTITUTION: A roll load measuring apparatus includes a roll load measuring section(230), an amplifier(250), and a monitoring section(270). The roll load measuring section(230) is installed at one side of a supporting bearing block(220), which supports a roll(210), so as to measure load of the roll(210). The amplifier(250) amplifies a roll load signal by receiving the roll load signal through a first signal line(240). The monitoring section(270) analyzes the amplified roll load signal by receiving the roll load signal, which is amplified by the amplifier(250), through a second signal line(260) and displays analyzed data. 본 발명은 연속주조공정 중 경압하 설비에서 롤의 하중을 측정하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 롤 하중 측정장치는 롤(210)을 지지하는 지지 베어링 블록(220)의 하부에 설치되어 롤의 하중을 측정하는 롤 하중 측정수단(230)과, 롤 하중 측정수단에서 측정한 롤 하중 신호를 전송받아 증폭시키는 증폭기(250)와, 증폭기를 통해 증폭된 롤 하중 신호를 전송받아 분석하여 시간에 따른 하중신호로 디스플레이 하는 신호분석 및 모니터링 장치(270)를 포함한다. 본 발명의 롤 하중 측정장치는 고온 다습하며 이물질이 취입되는 열악한 환경에서도 정확한 롤 하중을 온라인으로 측정하여 감시함으로써 적정 압하조건 정립 및 안정된 주편품질을 확보하는 효과가 있다.
