Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A mandrel for winding the electrode assembly for a secondary battery is provided, to minimize the final thickness of a wound electrode assembly by employing a plate-shaped body and to enable the wound electrode assembly to be separated from the mandrel by controlling the interval between reel members by a control means using an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: The mandrel(20) comprises a plate-shaped body(21) which contains insertion grooves on the both faces; reel members(25, 26) which are installed in the each insertion grooves to allow them to go and come; and control means which are installed in the reel members and control the interval between the reel members. Preferably the width of the reel members is equal to the thickness of the body. The reel member comprises a winding part which is arranged to correspond to the side face of the body and winds the electrode assembly; and a moving part which is extended from the plate part of the winding part, is inserted into the insertion groove of the body and is electrically conductive.
본 발명에 따른 2차전지의 전극조립체 권취용 맨드렐은 양측면에 각각 삽입홈이 형성된 판상의 몸체와; 각 삽입홈에 각각 왕복운동이 가능하게 설치된 릴부재; 및 각 릴부재에 설치되어 릴부재들 사이의 간격을 조절하는 조절수단;을 구비함으로써, 권취된 전극조립체의 최종두께를 작게 할 수 있는 한편, 릴부재를 조절수단에 의하여 상호간의 간격을 조절할 수 있어 권취된 전극조립체를 맨드렐로부터 용이하게 취출할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
