The Bufonis venenum extract is obtained by extracting in one or more solvents selected from the group consisting of ethylacetate, dichloromethane and chloroform. The ginseng extract is obtained by extracting in ethanol and then subjecting to solvent fraction or column chromatography. 본 발명은 섬수 정제 엑스 및 사포닌을 주성분으로 한 인삼 정제 엑스를 함께 함유하면서 다른 정유 생약 성분은 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 조루증의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
