Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A sealing method for an organic electroluminescence device is provided to allow the electroluminescence device to operate in a stable manner over a long period of time by sealing the device together with the material containing a combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: A sealing method is characterized in that a material containing a combustion gas is added in the organic electroluminescence device sealing process, to thereby emit the combustion gas even after the completion of sealing process. The material containing the combustion gas is an activated carbon where an oxygen is over adsorbed. 유기 EL 소자의 실링 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 전자 주입 전극과 정공 주입 전극 사이에 형성된 유기 발광층에 전하를 주입하면 전자와 정공이 쌍을 이룬 후 소멸하면서 빛을 내는 유기 EL 소자의 실링 공정시에 산화 가스를 함유하고 있는 물질(예, 산소가 과흡착된 활성탄)을 추가하여 실링함으로써, 실링 후에도 연속적으로 산화 가스가 나오게 하여 유기 EL 소자를 장기적으로 안정되게 구동시킬 수 있다.
