Composition of fatsia extract strengthened the resistance activity of alcohol absorption and manufaturing method thereof

PURPOSE: A method of preparing an Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem. extract composition by extracting Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem. and then subjecting the extract to hydrolysis treatment under basic conditions is provided. Thus obtained extract has excellent alcohol absorption inhibiting effect. CONSTITUTION: The leaf, sprout, bark or skin of Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem. is ground, dried and extracted. Thereafter, the extract is subjected to hydrolysis treatment in a heating and pressure device such as an autoclave and the hydrolysate is neutralized by acid treatment. For an example, 1kg Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem. powder is extracted in 20L water for about 6hr and concentrated to produce 2,000ml of an extract having a solid content of 10%. And 500ml of the extract is added with 0.1N NaOH, heated at 120deg.C for 30min and neutralized with 0.1N HCl. 본 발명은 알코올 흡수 억제 활성을 증가시킨 두릅 추출 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 두릅 추출물을 염기성 조건하에서 가수분해시키는 방법에 의하여, 통상의 열탕추출액에 비해 알코올 흡수 억제 활성이 현저하게 향상된 두릅 추출 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
