PLASTIC RESIN MOULDING PRODUCT WITH COVERING THIN FILM AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a plastic resin molding product having a thin film and the molding product thereby are provided to prevent the damage of the end part of the molding product, and beautifully keep the surface of the products. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a plastic resin molding product having a thin film comprises the steps of: processing a thin film(21) and manufacturing a thin film body(20)(a): molding the thin film and forming an upper wall and a side wall(b); bending the end of the side wall(c); installing the thin film body at the inside of an injection molding product(d); and injection-molding plastic resin into the injection molding product(e) and forming a main body(f). 본 발명은 표면에 박판 필름을 구비하는 플라스틱 수지의 성형물품 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 박판 필름을 성형하여 상부벽과 측벽을 형성하는 제1단계와 측벽의 끝단을 구부리는 제2단계를 구비하는 박판 필름체 준비단계와, 측벽의 끝단이 구부러진 박판 필름체를 사출성형금형 내측에 설치하는 단계와, 사출성형금형의 캐비티 내에 용융 또는 가소화 플라스틱 수지를 사출 성형하여 본체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 플라스틱 수지 재료의 성형물품의 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 제1단계는 측벽을 형성하는 측벽 형성부가 만들어지도록 박판 필름을 성형하는 단계와, 측벽의 끝단이 사전 설정된 위치에 형성되도록 측벽 형성부의 사전 설정된 위치에서 절단하는 단계를 구비할 수 있다. 상기 박판 필름체의 내측면에는 도장 또는 인쇄에 의해 형성된 도색층이 마련될 수 있으며, 박판 필름체는 0.05 내지 0.3mm 두께의 폴리카보네이트, ABS, 아크릴, 나일론, PET에서 선택된 하나의 소재로 이루어질 수 있다.
