APPARATUS FOR IGNITING OF IGNITION FURNACE OF SINTER MACHINE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for igniting ignition furnace of sinter machine is provided in which ignition is uniformly generated inside the ignition furnace of the sinter machine. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for igniting ignition furnace of sinter machine to ignite coke breeze mixed into blended raw materials charged into the ignition furnace of the sinter machine, the apparatus comprises a transfer car which penetrates the inner part of the ignition furnace(2) of the sinter machine, and on the upper part of which the blended raw materials are rested; burners(1) fixed to the inner part of the ignition furnace of the sinter machine to ignite the blended raw materials rested on the transfer car; a rotation plate rotationally installed at the exit side of the burner; and driving cylinders(11) a piston rod of which is connected to the rotation plate to rotate the rotation plate, wherein the apparatus further comprises a control means comprising split plates(14) installed at the lower part of the transfer car, temperature sensors(15) installed in each space formed by the split plates, and a control panel(16) for controlling operation of the driving cylinder by computing temperature sensed by the temperature sensors, and wherein the rotation plate is formed of a heat resistant material. 본 발명은 소결기 점화로 내부에서 착화가 균일하게 일어나도록 된 소결기 점화로의 착화장치를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 소결기 점화로에 장입되는 배합원료 중에 혼합되어 있는 분코크스를 착화를 시키는 소결기 점화로의 착화장치에 있어서, 소결기 점화로의 내부를 관통하고 상부에 배합원료가 안착되도록 설치된 대차, 소결기 점화로의 내측에 고정 설치되어 대차에 안착된 상기 배합원료를 착화시키는 버너, 버너의 출구측에 설치되어 회동이 가능하도록 설치된 회동판, 회동판에 피스톤로드가 연결 설치되어 회동판을 회동시키는 구동실린더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결기 점화로의 착화장치를 제공한다.
