Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided is a transformed mouse expressing the HPV E6 gene which is usefully used in screening tumor gene and tumor treating agent since tumor development occurs at the late stage. CONSTITUTION: An animal excluding human beings is transformed to express HPV(human papilloma virus) E6 gene inducing the mammary gland tumor. In the transformed animal, the HPV E6 gene is inserted into the chromosome of the animal and is operably linked to a beta-casein promotor. The chromosome is able to be body cells or sexual cells. The animal is mainly a mouse. 본 발명은 유방암 발현 모델로 사용될 수 있는 형질전환 동물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 형질전환 동물은 β-카제인 프로모터와 기능적으로 연결된 인간 파필로마 바이러스(HPV)의 초기 유전자중 하나인 E6 유전자가 염색체 내에 통합되어 있으며, 유방암이 비교적 늦게 발현되기 때문에 종양인자(tumorgen) 및 종양치료약의 스크리닝에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.
