Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A chemical treating composition of non-woven fabric is provided. A chemical filter manufactured by using the same is characterized by having low production cost, filtering noxious gas ingredients in air and radioactive ion, radioactive materials and heavy metal ion in the water effectively. CONSTITUTION: The chemical treating composition is comprised of: an acrylic resin aqueous solution having 5-45% of concentration; a hydrazine aqueous solution having 5-80% of concentration; and an alkali aqueous solution having 1-50% of concentration. The chemical filter is obtained by a process containing the steps of: (S100) preparing the chemical composition; (S110) chemical-treating the non-woven fabric with the composition; and then (S120) chemical-treating the non-woven fabric with a metal chloride aqueous solution having 1-20% of concentration. 부직포의 화학처리용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 화학필터 제조방법이 개시 되어있다. 5 내지 45%의 농도를 갖는 아크릴수용액, 5 내지 80%의 농도를 갖는 하이드라진 수용액 및 1 내지 50%의 농도를 갖는 알칼리 수용액을 반응시켜 부직포의 화학처리용 조성물 A를 제조한다. 상기 조성물 A에 1 내지 20%의 농도를 갖는 메탈클로라이드 수용액을 반응시켜 부직포의 화학처리용 조성물 B를 제조한다. 그리고 상기 조성물 A 또는 조성물 B를 이용하여, 부직포를 화학 처리하면 화학필터가 제조된다. 상기 조성물로 화학 처리되어 제조된 화학필터는 넓은 산업분야에서 발생되는 유해물질을 효과적으로 필터링할 수 있다.
