Roof reinforcing structure of car

PURPOSE: Roof reinforcement structure of a vehicle is provided to reinforce stiffness of a roof panel by making the roof panel out of plastic material and by substituting grid-types ribs for some of center rails. CONSTITUTION: In roof reinforcement structure of a vehicle, a front rail(3) is installed in front of the bottom surface of a plastic roof panel(1), a rear rail(4) is installed in the rear of the roof panel, and plural grid-type ribs(100) are installed in the middle of the roof panel. The ribs are formed as one body with the roof panel. Other center rails(6,7) are previously assembled to side panels(2) and then the roof panel is assembled. Thus, stiffness of the roof panel is reinforced. 본 발명은 루프패널의 경량화를 실현함과 동시에 강성을 보강할 수 있는 자동차의 루프 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 플라스틱 루프패널(110)의 저면 전방에는 프론트 레일(120)이 설치되고, 후방에는 리어 레일(130)이 설치되며, 중간에는 격자형의 리브(140)가 다수 설치된다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은, 바디 중 루프패널의 경량화 대책으로 루프패널을 플라스틱재로 구성함과 동시에 기존의 프론트 레일과 리어 레일은 그대로 두고, 단지 센터 레일의 일부를 격자형의 리브로 대체함으로써 루프패널 전체의 강성을 보강할 수 있어 내 부식성, 내 덴트성을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 부품 및 공정수를 줄여서 생산성 및 생산원가를 줄일 수 있다.
